About Paul Forchione
 

Paul is a Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Broker who specializes in helping his clients with nondirectional, volatility-based trading.

Paul is a Full Service Futures and Options Broker for Opportunities In Options, Inc. and works with clients of varying experience levels.

Paul is the author of Trading Options Visually, a highly acclaimed book that presents a graphical and mathematical approach for trading options. He is also a frequent speaker at seminars throughout the country.

In 1980 Paul became a Marketmaker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) in Chicago, IL. He was General Partner for C.O. Jones & Co. and traded options on equities. Two years later, he became a Floor Trader on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and traded options on US Treasury Bond futures for his proprietary account.

Paul passed membership examinations on these exchanges, leased his memberships and attended classes conducted by First Options (his clearing firm) to learn the intricacies of trading options.

Paul Forchione earned a BA with honors in mathematics from Northwestern University. He also received an MBA in finance and accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
